Pet Portrait Price list and how to order.

 


 Step 1: 

Decide on the size that you would like. A4, A3, or larger. Diffirent size requirements can also be arranged.

Step 2:

Choose the medium that you would prefer. e.g Graphite pencil, Coloured pencil, Watercolour.

Also the composition that you would like. eg Head and shoulders, Full body, Montage, More than one subject.

Step 3:

Find good quality photos of the subject. Remember the better quality the photograph, the better the final product will be. If you have trouble finding a good photo, depending on location Mark will be happy to arrange a visit with you to take some photos himself at only the extra cost of travel.

Step 4:

Once you have the above sorted out, just get in touch to make your order by either the contact form on the website, e-mail: mail@milliganillustration.com, or telephone: 07856083901 or 01207 561 958. Mark will be delighted to have a chat about your order and any fine details or questions you may have.

Step 5:

Finally once you have placed your order any photos will need to be sent by post or e-mail. Mark will then get started on your portrait, this may take between two to three weeks. You will then be sent a sample image of your portrait to make sure you are happy with it or to make any amendments. After your approval payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Once cleared your portrait will be delivered by Royal mail or Courier. Any p+p costs will be added to your bill. If after everything you aren't satisfied you will receive a full refund.

 

A4 - 8"x12"  Head and shoulders:

Pencil - £65.00,   Colour pencil - £80.00,   Watercolour - £120.00,

Full body:

Pencil - £80.00,   Colour pencil - £100.00,  Watercolour - £150.00,

 

A3 - 12"x16" Head and Shoulders:

Pencil - £80.00,   Colour pencil - £100.00,   Watercolour - £150.00,

Full body:

Pencil - £95.00,   Colour pencil - £120.00,  Watercolour - £180.00,

Additional subjects add £30.00 or £35.00 for full body.

 

Image sizes are adjustable to suit certain requirements.

A good quality photo is required to work from which shows the whole subject in its entirety e.g no heads cut off or anything obstructing the view of the whole animal or part that is to be drawn/painted e.t.c. Also photos with a good clear view of the eyes is very helpful. Basically the better quality the photo, the easier it will be to work from and in turn the better quality the final product will be.
